It is important that BOTOX be administered according the manufacturer's specifications. A vial of BOTOX, consists of four 25 unit doses, and must be completely used within four hours of reconstitution. This means we need to have four BOTOX patients come in on the same afternoon in order for each to experience the maximum effectiveness of what BOTOX can do.
