Augmentopexy

The augmentopexy (augment and lift) procedure is done to achieve the goals of higher, tighter, fuller breasts.

Pregnancy, breast feeding and aging all can contribute to loss of fullness and drooping of the breats.

Breast lift alone will not add fullness to the upper breast. Breast agumentation alone will not raise the nipple or tighten loose skin.

Augmentopexy combines a breast lift with an augmentation to achieve higher, tighter, fuller breasts.
